How Biden And Harris Present Balance Leadership

Image
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are preparing well for the disaster that Trump is leaving them behind to deal with As the President elect gets ready for action as he takes control of the White House in January, Donald Trump is busy using the White House resources to meet his own personal agendas. HE has mocked the mask wearing compulsion and social distancing protocols innumerable times and remains shameless about it. Meanwhile Biden has all the intentions to urge his fellow American to start off simple- wear a mask for the next 100 days. As the old tradition goes, the effectiveness of any leadership is determined in the first 100 days of taking the seat of power.  He is also going to ensure that the American people can receive the vaccine in time; a point that Trump pushed in his twitters like a spoilt child complaining that he will get no credit for the vaccine after all. Trump was nowhere to be seen as Biden made a public statement on television that he is joining the previous thr...

Trump Finally Hands Over Power Puff To Biden

Image
Trump's era of stupid leadership is over as Presidential briefing comes to Biden  The White House has finally conceded defeat- it has allowed Joe Biden to take on the role of the more promising president that Trump has ever been. According to a White House official, the elect president will now start receiving the President’s official briefing. It has been three weeks since Biden was elected as the next president of United States along with Kamala Harris on the helm as the Vice President. The man is plausibly flawed and that makes him relatable with many Americans.  The daily briefings have still not started but the coordination for them is currently underway.  The good news is that this shows that finally the era of bad leadership has left the US, as Donald Trump actually took a long time to accept his defeat to Biden. It is worth noting that Biden was pulled down throughout 2019 by Trump over allegations of trumping favour with Ukraine over gas and powe...

Has America Woken Up From The Trump Spell Or Not?

Image
Coming election, one can only hope the spell breaks and a Joe Biden kiss of good luck can save the sinking ship called America Photo courtsey: buzzpo.com It has not taken rocket science to understand that Mr. Donald Trump was a disastrous choice of leadership for the White House. His coming to power, makes one feel an uneducated India story has been replayed in the West. In fact, most of his vote bank comes from a background of people who are not aware of what is actually happening in the White House, but were taken in by his charisma and hard hitting words full of promises of a rosy future.  The damage that has been done to the American spirit is going to be irreversible- it has taken the badge of honour of being a super power has fallen off. It will only taken some very sound leadership to bring back the lost glory of America.  Mr. Barack Obama was revered for his sensible, and sometimes courageous decision making that had given America a balanced strong hold it needed. A co...

Jordon Feels Betrayed But Is Scared To Express It

Image
Jordon was never consulted before Trump turned the whole Middle Eastern Peace proposal in favour of Israel, forgetting the needs of Palestinians. The result the PM of Jordon Omar Razzaz says could be devastating to the relations between Israel and Jordon. As usual Trump continues to undo whatever good had been done before his presidency. While Clinton had applauded a peaceful treaty between Jordon and Israel in 1994, the status quo has been disturbed by Trump’s skewed peaceful plan that has not been liked by anyone in Palestine. It has been more than a decade that the world is trying to find a solution to the Israel- Palestine skirmish.   Through Trump’s intervention, Israel is now planning to annex a chunk of Palestinian lands, making the people very unhappy. Trump’s plan has favoured Netanyahu only, so much so that the latter was prompted to take back his plea for immunity against charges of bribery and corruption. Trump's plan, political analysts believe, woul...

Natural Gas Is The Preferred Energy Source For Future

It is strange but true that amidst the growing scare and unrest over the coronavirus , the Middle East oil and gas market is reportedly growing twice as fast as the global energy demand. This has been confirmed by the Boston Consulting Group ’s report (BCG) and International Gas Union (IGU). Both have suggested that the Middle East and Asia-Pacific have demonstrated the strongest growth in gas demand in the past ten years – growing at an average of 4.6% per year, double the rate of global primary energy demand. Due to limitations of regional infrastructure, many Middle Eastern countries are apt to use foreign supply chain for lucrative gains from the large gas reserves that they have.  So connecting gas reserves with the end-use markets at a low cost is a more hopeful picture to engage in infrastructure investment, and policy support. The report has estimated that by 2030, the Middle East would be capable of delivering approximately 8,500 billion cubic meters (bcm) ...

John Bolton Forthcoming Book Could Be Permissible In Senate Trial

Image
Trump Defense Can No Longer Avoid John Bolton's testimony in the impeachment trial Former national security advisor, John Bolton has disclosed in his forthcoming book that it is for a fact that Mr. Donald Trump had disclosed to him about his intent to withhold funds from Ukraine as a pressure tactic to ensure the country’s leader aided investigations into Democrats, especially the Bidens . With this revelation, the need to investigate into witness testimony has become evidently clear, a fact, that the Republican dominated senate also may not be able to ignore. Trump has denied telling Bolton anything of this sort. The impeachment centered around the allegation that it was indeed a pressure tactic used by Trump to bend the Ukrainian PM to investigate the Bidens to suit his election campaign strategy. Later on, Trump decided to withhold the aid money that had been duly sanctioned by the Congress in a unanimous vote. This could be a possible reason as to why T...

Iran Announces Reward On Trump Assassination

Image
An Iranian Lawmaker Has Announced a Bounty On Trump The hatred for Mr. Donald Trump has reached its peak when an Iranian lawmaker has put an award on whoever was willing to kill the US President for a sum of $3 million. The Iranian saga started with Trump’s selfish actions which were not voted for by the Congress. Even his idea of extracting forces from Syria was severely criticized by the House of Representatives and he was later put under a majority vote that he could not taken any other action in Syria without running it with the Congress. The assassination of the top General of Iran was a huge politicized conspiracy that Trump undertook to supposedly weaken and get back at Iran with force. The same was also criticized by the House of Representatives and the House Speaker Nancy Pelosi who said that Trump’s actions are selfish and completely irresponsible action that could escalate a war. The aggressive announcement by Iran comes as a tit-for-tat strategy du...

American Congress is now curbing Trump action against Iran as a way to discipline an unruly school boy   Democratic led House has had to curb Trump action and there has been no resistance from the Republicans this time The Democratic led House has put the President’s action under check, like trying to rein a bad tempered school boy. Mr. Donald Trump will not be able to act at will, especially in the case of Iran. According to a popular vote at the House, he will now need to seek approval from Congress  before engaging in further military action against Iran. This was decided after a voting showed complete support for no military action escalating chances of war. The House passed the measure, 224-194, and saw almost no Republican support. De-escalation is on everyone’s platter and no one is interested in going on war. Unlike Trump, who might not have weighted the grave loss at hand, lest Iran was to retaliate in severe military fashion, the NATO nations and ...

How Britain Prepares For Iran-US Impact

Image
With Boris Johnson missing in action, Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab speaks for Britain and sounds unshakable support to its biggest military ally, the United States Dominic Raab has made a balanced public statement as a sound trade ally for the US With the US having opened a door of offensive against Iran, the world fears the worst. According to British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab “Iran might want to take its revenge by attacking the American allies. On the orders of Donald Trump, the US assassinated Gen Qasem Soleimani , commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards' Quds force. While Britain holds a balanced diplomatic stand, it has not shared the best relationship with Tehran in the last few months. Many citizens holding dual citizenship have been captive in Iran, and despite repeated requests had not been released. But 10 Downing Street, the US is its biggest military trade partner. There are reasons British parliament would want to side with the US. B...

Iraq Has Reasons To Celebrate With Qasem Soleimani Gone

Image
Is Trump's action short sighted, egoistic and a call for a disaster for the world?  Iraqis seem to be dancing on the streets after the death of top Iranian commander Qasem Soleimani , according to a video grab shared by the US Secretary of the State Mike Pompeo in his latest tweet. Iraqi civilians have various reasons to celebrate the death of Iranian Commander Qasem Soleimani Undeniably, Iraq civilians had be troubled with constant interference from Iraqi government. In the midst of a civil disobedience that had gripped Iraq, it was confirmed that Qasem Soleimani had flown into Baghdad to convince Amiri and his militia leaders to keep supporting Abdul Mahdi, the now acting PM of Iraq whose leadership was under threat of being oust. Soleimani ’s direct intervention was a sign that Iran was directly influencing and meddling with Baghdad’s political scene. Iraqi population has been aware of this influence and has been asking for a complete new government represent...

Trump Impeachment Might Take Longer To Reach The Trial Window

Image
Senate non willingness to get witnesses over a fair trail might delay the impeachment proceedings People have mixed reactions over Trump's impeachment The impeachment proceedings of the US President Donald Trump has hit a roadblock in the absence of witnesses and some bit on non-clarity over rules. While the House voted last week in favour of the Impeachment, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said, she would be withholding the articles to the Republican-controlled Senate before the year-end break unless she had clarity over the rules and witnesses to appear at the trial. Apparently, both houses of Congress are on recess while Trump is in Florida till the year end.   However, lawmakers are positive that the congressional leaders will reach a deal and be able to send the two articles to the Senate soon. In order to present a fair trial, the Democrats would like to call witnesses, which the White House has been denying. These include acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, ...

NATO Pushes Turkey To Walk The Line With Its Allies

Image
Turkey has been forced to tow the line with its NATO partners for the sake of other's sovereignty for a change All hope is not lost as strong leadership among NATO alliances work to keep Turkey's volatility into check. (French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel along with American President Donald Trump and Turkish President Recap Tayyip Erdogan) Turkey’s self serving negotiations with NATO allies has backfired as the latter asked Istanbul for explanations over purchase of S-400 missile systems from Russia. Reiterating the mission with which the NATO alliance for formulated, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg was in his right when he said that Turkey's S-400 system was incompatible with NATO. In (probably) favouring Russia over the US, Ankara has strained its relations with Washington and other NATO members. It is known to have tested the recently purchased S-400 system on US-made jets. Turkey has been recently seen as ...

Why Boris Johnson Does Not Want Trump Meddling With British Politics

Image
Britain is also becoming familiar with Trump's childish habit of entering everyone's house, unannounced. This time, they are putting a stop to it  PM Boris Johnson has made it very clear that he does not want Mr. Donald Trump meddling with Britain’s election on his visit to the NATO Summit in London. As a symptomatic trait, Trump has been poking his nose around as in October, he reportedly made a statement, stating that opposition Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn would be “so bad” for Britain and that Johnson should agree on a pact with Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage . Strangely, his immaturity had to be curtailed by an official statement from the White House. But senior Conservatives still have their doubts and have reasons to be ‘nervous’ on the possibility that Trump could (in all probability) upset the campaign when in London, just over a week before the Dec. 12 election, which polls indicate Johnson is on course to win....
