Why Are Children Becoming Victims To Israel Palestinian Conflict?

Image
Children are also falling prey to the hate and racist actions of Israeli forces and no one seems to be interested in taking onus for this crime against humanity. Another one of those cases of mental and emotional torture is going to be recorded in the red book where atrocities meted by Israeli forces doesn’t seem to come to an end. A Palestinian child of seven years of age, shrieked his lungs out when he saw a group of Israeli military men break into his house, went into cardiac arrest and died. Rayan Suleiman had no underlying conditions as a child and was found shrieking in fear, according to his family, who has now blamed the Israeli forces of having killed their son. The US State Department has called for a full-fledged investigation into the death of the young boy. The soldiers apparently had come into their house to arrest his older brother. Mohammed Suleiman, a 22-year-old cousin, said his parents shouted, “come here,” to calm him down. He said after the soldiers left, and l

King Charles III Has A Lot Going For Him After The Queen’s Departure

Image
A woman’s rule was as tough, but the man behind him might make some more hard pressing decisions to get his position back to where it has come Whether he has trained himself to take on these tasks, one can’t say. But the new roles are a lot for the new King Charles III as he took on the reigns from the departed Queen and also had his love on his side. Princess Diana was killed or murdered; a mystery that has never been solved. But she was definitely not the love of his life. For the new king, it’s a lot of issues to take care of while he has his madam luck on his side. Rogue royals are one of them to handle. Up until now, he has been known for his playful manners- the nods and winks during formal proceedings to the outburst which are quite pronounced over things as simple as faulty pens. But he will be pushed into handling pressing issues sooner than later. What will work on his side is his learnings of ‘never complain, never explain.’ Indeed, the King has his ways and should b

Why Is Truss Government Looking At Relaxing Immigration Rules?

Image
UK is moving towards relaxing labor shortage norms to make up for the windfall in its crucial food industry There are plans in the UK to ease off immigration rules as the country faces issues with labour shortage and need to boost economic growth. There are plans to expand the government’s shortage occupation list in order to fill in crucial vacancies. The best way that the new PM sees is by inviting overseas workers. A range of sectors are facing labor shortage and Ms Truss has been getting requests from the various to ease off immigration restrictions to ease off the labor shortage pressures. Businesses it is told have been frustrated over the visa system for skilled workers of being unresponsive to not fill the windfall. A severe shortage in farming for example needs to be addressed. Such shortages, it seems is looking like it will badly affect food and the farming sector. The first one to be helped would be the seasonal workers’ programme. Similarly, those in dire need will nee

How Manifestation Art Is Becoming A New Medium Of Self Expression

Image
A new form of art is here and to stay, that is helping people in the art of manifesting and breaking out of limiting beliefs Filling your diary with imagination, ideas of the future- can we call this art? That is exactly what the world is moving towards and that is what is being encouraged to use this ‘self-help’ technique that helps to channelize your thoughts and manifest them as future outcomes. The concept became more prevalent with Rhonda Byrne’s book The Secret and Oprah Winfrey and has now become a popular art form as well. There are many ways to manifestation- writing, speaking or drawing. A new name here is Natascha Shah , a Delhi based manifestation artist. She includes whimsical and intricate black ink sketches in her art form. Most can be found on the social media. One intended to unleash creativity, for instance, shows a woman with cascading hair holding a sitar,  sitting amid swirling leaves and dancing vines. Meanwhile a cozy cottage surrounded by mountains, pine tre

Political leaders vouch for her preciseness and accuracy of reporting and high journalistic standards. The international CNN anchor  Christiane Amanpour has however not received very great response when she has had the chance to interview the President of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi. She has been asked to wear a head gear (cover her head in the conventional manner) before she decides to interview the President.  Visiting the United Nations with other world leaders this week, President Raisi was to speak with Amanpour, she said, amid the uprising back home. Posting about the incident on twitter, she said that it was going to be his first interview on U.S. soil. A whole lot of preparation had been done to ensure the interview went ahead well. But as Amanpour gently refused to wear a head

How The Fashion World Paid Homage To The Departing Queen

Image
From runways that are keeping a one-minute silence, to shows that are being designed to respect the departed Queen; there is a lot being done... It started with the London Fashion Week finding itself on crossroads as the death of the last monarch and 'Queen Of Hearts' was announced.  Shortly after the announcement, Burberry, the biggest name at the event and the holder of a royal warrant, cancelled its show, followed shortly after by Raf Simons. As a co-designer of Prada, and ex-Dior creative director, his presence had been something of a coup for the London event, and his departure coming so soon after Burberry suddenly threw the entire week into doubt. Like the old saying goes' the show must go on' and so it did, but with a lot of changes being made around the day the Queen had to be buried. A ll events booked for the day of the funeral were hurriedly rescheduled, parties were cancelled, and guests were politely asked to refrain from publishing street-style images or

Egyptian Release Political Prisoners Without Trial

Image
Release of political prisoners is a part of the national dialogue agenda that is yet to be fully implemented by El Sisi’s government Is Egypt trying to be in the good books of the world or is it something else? The Middle Eastern country has recently, released political detainees that had been held with trial. The latest release includes 31 men and two women whose release was announced by by Tareq El Khouly, a pro-government legislator and a member of a presidential commission that is reviewing the files of political detainees held without trial. Human rights activists have revolted against the detainment of political detainees for a long time. Hundreds of political detainees have been freed since President Abdel Fattah El Sisi called in April for a national dialogue to review key policies. The move was widely seen to be a major, though carefully calculated, move towards allowing a higher degree of freedom in the country. Rights groups claim that thousands, mostly Brotherhood sup

Why Is Iran Turning a Blind Eye to Child Trafficking?

Image
Despite repeated calls from the human rights groups worldwide, Iran turns a deaf ear to child trafficking that is a lot instigated by parental poverty  A strange and sad nexus of child traffickers is on the loose. Some say that parents themselves are selling off their kids in Iran because they have no money to feed them. Kids and toddlers are being sold for as less as $600 dollars. A gang is at work that picks on children left unassisted in parks or compounds and is also offering money to those needy and destitute who are unable to take care of their kids. Iranian police provide no data about babies being bought and sold nor about the criminal groups involved. Iran has little legislation to prevent the trafficking of children. According to media sources, this is the second largest Iranian children trafficking racquet that has been busted since May 2020. The gang operated in various Iranian cities and was led by a young woman, the paper added. Members of the group confessed that t

Germany was also blamed for failing to protect athletes and covering up errors in the aftermath. Gerhart Baum, a former interior minister in West Germany, spoke to the media and said that a compensation is on the call and would be part of “a dignified commemoration.” This was held this week on Monday at the Furstenfeldbruck, a NATO airbase, marking the 50th anniversary of the attack.
