Did Ukraine Really Catch Russia’s Closest Ally

  A pro-Russian politician fugitive Viktor Medvedchuk, who is deemed to be the closest ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the country, has been captured by Ukrainian forces. The media themselves are now admitting of skewed and manipulative news doing rounds. New agencies are however claiming that this 67-year-old business tycoon, apparently was residing in Ukraine and is considered one of the richest. His arrest comes over his alleged connections and probably of espionage against Ukraine. If reports are to be believed, Medvedchuk counts Putin among his personal friends and says the Kremlin leader is godfather to his youngest daughter Darya.  Undated and unlocated images of Medvedchuk were released by Ukraine's security service SBU that purportedly show the business tycoon in handcuffs and wearing a Ukrainian military uniform.  The lawmaker that is considered Russia friendly, was captured through setting off a trap for him. Chinese Embassy Officials Expelled For Breach In US Military Site

Chinese officials get expelled the first in 30 years for loitering into US military restricted site  Sparks of the US China trade war are flying all over the two countries relations  While on one side China is trying to compromise and come to terms with someone else being more powerful right now, its arch trade opponent the United States has done away with two of its officials, on charges of espionage . Both were Chinese embassy officials who seem to have ventured into a sensitive U.S. military facility in Virginia in September this year. The incident gives more teeth to a US allegation on China going out of its way to strengthen its intelligence gathering capabilities with regards to the United States. This has been another bone of contention between the superpowers already locked horns over a trade war that showed some signs of thawing last week.
