As the Middle Eastern nation gears up towards the forthcoming FIFA World Cup, 2022, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has asked Parliament to authorize the dispatch of troops to Qatar to increase security during this winter’s World Cup in the Arab country. Qatar has now sealed borders and allowing only those visitors that have valid approvals to come into the country to view the World Cup. Turkey has offered help as Qatar has reportedly asked for security support.
