Why Biden Cant Call Havana Syndrome An ‘Attack’ On Its People?

It needs to be called an Attack and not just an incident that has left many diplomats and secret agents disoriented or with disturbed mental states

In a strange commitment towards human rights, US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken has fallen short of calling the Havana Syndrome an attack but merely an incident. The previous administration had called it an ‘attack’ of a different sorts on its human resource.

But moving ahead with his senior in office, President Joe Biden, he has shown that the administration will support all those who suffered with this the aftermath’s of using smart tracing devises.

“All of us in the U.S. government, and especially we at the State Department, are intently focused on getting to the bottom of what and who is causing these incidents,” Blinken said in a carefully crafted statement from the State Department, speaking alongside newly appointed officials who will oversee further investigations into the incidents and the medical response for those who appear to have been affected by them.

Many diplomats on a phone call with Blinken in September expressed dismay that the department, while acknowledging the suffering of some, would not rule out that the symptoms could have been caused by some form of mass hysteria. They also expressed concern that the department shied away from using the term "attacks," instead favoring "unexplained health incidents," or UHIs, and claiming stress or aging may have caused some symptoms.

It started in 2016 and has now emerged as a dangerous health hazard- the Havana Syndrome. Recent reports claim that the Havana Syndrome is again affecting people in the US adversely, especially CIA operatives and others connected to the government and allied bodies.

Working through energy devises, the syndrome leaves people listening to high- and low-pitched sounds apart from feeling other strange physical symptoms. It has led to unexplained brain injuries to diplomats, spies and other government workers at home and abroad. Biden administration is trying to ascertain why the victims were potentially targeted, according to one current and two former officials? Some US officials feel the Havana Syndrome which has till date affected 200 people, could be an unintentional byproduct of intelligence gathering tactics from other countries. However, a leading theory is saying that strong electromagnetic waves travelling through devices that extract information from mobile phones or laptops could be adversely affecting US citizens.
