Israel To Introduce Miracle Inhaler For Covid-19 Infected

The Israeli inhaler drug might be a miracle for those suffering with Covid-19 and sensitive lung function

Israel is in news for good- it has now developed a miracle inhaler that could be an answer and cure to the Covid-19 virus. Developed in collaboration with Jerusalem, it has developed a drug that can be a lifesaver in cases of acute respiratory failure.

The inhaler helps manage a natural phenomenon in the body called the Cytokine storm. In cases where a patient is suffering from Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), their bodies go through an overload of autoimmune protein called the Cytokine that creates like a fight within, attacking healthy tissues and system as well.

Now, Israeli scientists have applied this to treatment of COVID-19 itself, with a result that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu himself has dubbed a “miracle drug”. This is a path-breaking discovery that will actually help those with acute respiratory issues.

It is worth noting that the virus candidates are said to not work well with those with acute allergies and respiratory discomfort. But the all new EXO-CD24 inhaler treatment that has been developed by Prof. Nadir Arber at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov Hospital), could be the answer to this.

As of now, the inhaler has been tested on 30 patients with moderate to severe conditions, all of whom recovered—29 within just 3-5 days. The medicine still needs to go through trial phase of checks.  The best is that the treatment is given through an inhaler and does not need added medical equipment. A simple nebulizer mechanism works well. By enriching the body’s exosomes with a 24CD protein, the drug helps balance out the defense mechanism of the body.

Greece has already shown interest in participating in clinical trials.  The drug is being seen as a miracle for those who might be suffering from Covid-19 and anxious about side effects, if there condition is exasperated over sensitive lung function.
