Niki Minaj Scares Youth With Covid-19 Jab Impotency Claim

Rapper Nicki Minaj has landed her foot in her mouth as she went on twitter to say that her friends had actually become impotent after taking the Covid-19 shot.   “My cousin in Trinidad won’t get the vaccine cuz his friend got it & became impotent. His testicles became swollen. His friend was weeks away from getting married, now the girl called off the wedding. So just pray on it & make sure you’re comfortable with ur decision, not bullied (sic),” her tweet read.

She has been slammed on the social media for making such claims, while parts of the world are getting ready to take the jabs again. The young artist who has some 22 million followers has been embarrassed by making such false claims.

Meanwhile, an American Senate Bill 866 now allows minors to receive vaccinations without permission from their parents has passed the California Assembly Judiciary Committee, and is headed to the Assembly.

Its ironic when a youth has now got the right to go ahead and get himself or herself vaccinated, without parental consent. As a part of the formal statement made in the bill as shared with the media, it is stated that “(Under SB 866), a minor 12 years of age or older may consent to a vaccine that is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration and meets the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (ACIP) without the consent of the parent or guardian of the minor.

Niki Minaj who has recently entered into a deal with Maxim as its creative director, will have to tread her ground carefully as she makes baseless comments that could cost her, her reputation.

A university in the UK has found a novice way of keeping the tradition of knitting alive, by launching a book on knitting patterns based on the architecture of the university. The University of Glasgow has collated a book of such patterns that were invited from designers from all over Scotland and are based on the ‘iconic’ cloisters on the Gilmorehill campus and the ‘modernism’ of the library.
